OpportunityThe Senior Channel Manager – Salesforce will be a member of the Kohler Integrated Brand team. As an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud this person will support Kohler campaigns through the design and implementation of marketing automation strategies, recommending campaigns powered by data and leveraging real‑time insights to create a personalized 1:1 customer experience.
Primary Objectives- Lead the Kohler Salesforce Marketing automation team to deliver compelling 1:1 user experiences from inspiration to product selection, purchase, and enjoyment.
- Be the subject‑matter expert for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email enablement needs within Kohler.
- Lead a high‑performing team, building best‑in‑class segmentation and automation processes.
- Inspire, lead, and motivate the team through regular feedback, 1:1s, individual development plans, objectives, and career conversations.
- Identify gaps in knowledge and skills in the team and build appropriate development solutions.
- Establish the foundation, design the process, and build the strategy around marketing automation and customer data.
- Define email planning, roadmaps for marketing automation, customer data, and email marketing strategy.
- Understand business priorities and build recommendations for Kohler marketing campaign strategy and tactical support, connecting to other digital marketing tactics for one connected customer experience.
- Drive monetization through management of automation programs, leading best practices on how to use data to optimize marketing strategy and tactics.
- Evaluate and provide guidance for best practices around automation strategy opportunities across Kohler digital platforms.
- Own and manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud customer data strategy and collaborate with product, data, and IT teams on enhancements.
- Develop customer data segmentation and lead generation strategies for different target audiences across different businesses or campaigns.
- Work directly with key cross‑functional stakeholders to set and manage expectations for marketing automation campaign strategy, while planning for continuous improvements.
- Review customer behavior to determine areas of improvement for campaigns and customer journey experiences.
- Analyze organization needs and provide recommendations on best practices for scalable solutions to solve business problems.
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications:
Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong technical knowledge of integration best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation, customer data analytics, and reporting.
- Ability to measure, monitor, and report on marketing and customer data success metrics.
- Strong creative and strategic problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate the value of automation and data to any audience and influence key stakeholders.
- Skilled at cross‑team collaboration to drive results.
- Experience with customer data segmentation.
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent legal status, no need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $132,350 – $205,850. A performance bonus/variable incentive compensation may be available.
