Insurance Agent - Personal Lines

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Risk Advisor to join our growing team in our La Crescent office. In this role, you will help clients protect what matters most by providing personalized insurance advice and exceptional service. You will educate clients on coverage options, help them make informed decisions, and build lasting relationships that strengthen client trust and satisfaction.

• Deliver personalized insurance advice and guidance tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
• Clearly explain coverage options, policy details, costs, and potential risks to help clients make informed decisions.
• Conduct meetings with current and prospective clients in person, by phone, or virtually to assess and review insurance needs.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service.
• Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other changes accurately within the agency management system.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist clients in reporting claims and provide support as needed in coordination with the Claims Advocate.
• Participate in required training, team meetings, and compliance initiatives to stay informed on industry best practices and company standards.
