Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Personal Lines Account Manager located in Winnebago County, WI. The role involves managing and advising clients on personal insurance policies, processing policy changes, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. Additional responsibilities include following up with clients, addressing claims, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and skills in client relationship management, customer service, and communication
- Experience in policy processing, insurance advising, and claims resolution
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and effectively manage time
- Proficiency with insurance management systems and general computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- State insurance licensing or willingness to obtain licensing shortly after hiring
- A high school diploma or equivalency required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and customer‑focused service practices
