Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full‑Time Material Handler in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: $2.50 per hour on night shift
• Overtime Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Schedule: Days 6:00 am – 6:00 pm, Nights 6:00 pm – 6:00 am; every other weekend off (2‑2‑3 schedule)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of related warehouse/powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a diverse work environment
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Punctual with good attendance record
• High degree of initiative and accuracy under pressure
• Capability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Adherence to health and safety methods
• Flexible schedule availability across shift options
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Ensure accurate picking and packing, audit, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production
• Perform other duties as assigned
