WhatYou’ll Do
As a Fabrication Technician, you’ll operate advanced fabrication equipment—lasers, punches, panel benders, press brakes, and robotic systems—to create high‑quality metal parts that meet exacting standards. You’ll play a key role in driving production excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Operate and troubleshoot CNC‑driven fabrication machinery with precision.
- Minimize waste and optimize efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints to bring detailed designs to life.
- Set up tooling, adjust programs, and perform preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
- Inspect materials and parts, ensuring all QA and documentation standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineers and programmers to enhance processes and reduce cycle time.
- Proactively report issues, maintain a clean workspace, and support safety‑first practices.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

2nd Shift – Four 10‑Hour Days. Start Time: 3pm‑1:15pm. Enjoy three‑day weekends every week and a consistent, predictable schedule.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; metal fabrication courses a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating sheet metal equipment (laser, punch, panel bender, press brake preferred).
- 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
- Basic computer and math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read measurements in inches and feet).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing instructions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective team interaction.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems with a few variables in standard situations.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Reliable transportation to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Fine motor skills are required for a variety of functions, especially for wiring components and performing detailed assembly tasks. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
