Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $26.90, plus $1.50 shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift; 10:54 PM - 7:12 AM, plus overtime. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.

We are looking for an Enamel Cell Operator (CHRE) to join our team in the Enamel Shop. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high‑quality cast iron products.

• Handle, prepare, and inspect/pack castings for robotic enameling and auto sink line.
• Additional duties include driving PIV, fill powder feeders, change forks, program the enameling robots.
• Learn plate number and identify colors.
• Fill in and assist coworkers as needed.
• Bending, standing, and lifting are requirements of this position.
• Must pass a vision test to be able to inspect ware.

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
