We’re seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of high-speed, computer-controlled equipment used in producing tablets, capsules, and soft-gels. You’ll play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and production standards—and take full ownership of the solid dose process.

If you have a background in machine operation, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to make a real impact in health and wellness manufacturing, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor tablet presses, encapsulators, or soft-gel machines according to GMPs and SOPs
  • Perform in-process quality checks (e.g., weight, thickness, temperature) and document results
  • Complete changeovers and make equipment adjustments as needed to meet product specifications
  • Troubleshoot mechanical or product issues, collaborating with leads and supervisors
  • Support inventory flow through accurate labeling and transport
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and documentation standards at every stage
What You Bring
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting; food or supplement manufacturing is a plus
  • Machine operation and troubleshooting experience, especially with powders or high-speed systems
  • Solid math and measurement skills, including fractions and unit conversions
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and measuring devices
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively
  • Comfort working around allergens and irritants (e.g., fish oil, enzymes)
  • Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and materials as needed
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Competitive wages with annual incentive program
  • Comprehensive health care and flexible benefit plan—including pet insurance
  • Company-matched 401(k) and profit sharing plan
  • On-site childcare with a highly accredited curriculum
  • Platinum WELCOA award‑winning wellness program featuring:
    • 24/7 on-site fitness center
    • Daily fitness classes and personal training
    • On-site chiropractic care, massage therapy, and life coaching
    • Whole food court and $450 monthly supplement allowance
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Educational assistance for continued learning
  • Company-hosted outings and events
  • Strong culture of community involvement
