Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $25.87, plus $1.50 shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift: 9:54 PM – 6:00 AM, plus overtime

Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed

We are looking for an Iron Foundry Operator – Core Room to join our team. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our Foundry and Enamel Operations. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

• Learn all aspects of the core room core machines 7G’s, A-12 and turntable
• Set up and clean up core machines
• Assist on the core setting for the HWS
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• LOTO certified and PIV certified
• Any other assigned tasks by supervision

• Skills/Requirements
• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes
• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred

• Physical capability:
  Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including bending, lifting, and pushing weight

  Consistent attendance and work performance
