ELS is hiring for the position of Bartender in Wautoma, Wisconsin.

* What you’ll do:

** The Bartender makes drinks, takes and delivers food orders and performs all duties that pertain to keeping the bar running smoothly.
** Your job will include:
*** Clean and wash the full bar area, including refrigerators, beer coolers, etc.
* Sweep and mop bar floors.
* Unload, organize and store bar supplies. .
* Remove garbage and wash garbage cans.
* Complete all tasks in a timely and thorough manner.
** Experience & skills you’ll need:
*** Exceptional customer service skills.
* Experience working with the public.
* Reliable team player with a pleasant attitude.
* High school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Some experience working in a bar preferred.
* Sound knowledge beverages and drink mixing.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
* Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, which will include evenings and weekends.
