Join the Outside Food & Beverage leadership team in a key supervisory role. This position offers a distinctive opportunity to uphold and enhance Kohler’s renowned standard of service while contributing to an exceptional guest experience across our championship golf courses.

• Lead the team while working alongside to produce a seamless operation throughout the day.
• Support team growth through ongoing training and development, helping associates exceed guest expectations.
• Provide consistent coaching and performance monitoring to ensure we deliver a truly world class golf experience, while fostering a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and joy.
• Collaborate with golf operations and restaurant leaders to ensure a seamless course experience.

• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support administrative operations, including paperwork, opening and closing procedures, inventory ordering, delivery scheduling, point‑of‑sale updates, and records control.
• Perform clerk and course server duties as needed to support daily operations.

• This role offers hands‑on training in Outside F&B operations, leadership skills, and cross‑department collaboration. Team members gain ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement within Kohler Hospitality.

This is a full‑time opportunity working both weekdays & weekends. Shifts vary between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm.

The ideal candidate is an organized, positive leader who communicates well, supports team morale, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Hospitality experience, especially in golf and food and beverage, is a strong attribute, along with a commitment to excellent guest service.

• Preferred two‑year degree or higher
• Food and beverage experience, ideally in a golf setting
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
