Onsite Coordinator

As a Part Time Shift Coordinator in Retail Operations at CDS (Club Demonstration Services), you'll help lead daily store activities to deliver Amazing Retail's high service standards. You will coordinate shift schedules, support associates on the sales floor, and ensure merchandising and demos are executed accurately. You'll resolve basic customer issues, monitor store presentation and cleanliness, and uphold safety and loss prevention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily shift activities for retail floor and demo operations
• Support associates with coverage, break schedules, and task assignments
• Ensure merchandising, product demos, and promotional displays are executed to standard
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and adherence to safety guidelines
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and basic issue resolution
• Communicate shift updates, priorities, and issues to store and department leadership
• Monitor inventory levels on the floor and report low or out-of-stock items
• Support loss prevention efforts by following company policies and procedures
• Train or onboard new team members on basic store processes and service expectations
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
