Merchandiser, Retail

Frank Liquor Company Inc., part of Frank Beverage Group, is seeking a Merchandiser to support our wholesale beverage portfolio in local retail accounts. In this field-based role, you will stock shelves and coolers, build eye-catching displays, rotate product, and ensure stores are properly signed and priced. You'll work closely with sales and store teams, follow safety and alcohol regulations, and represent our family-owned, community-focused company while helping drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise beverage products at retail accounts according to company and supplier standards
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays ensuring proper rotation (FIFO) and product freshness
• Build and maintain attractive point-of-sale and promotional displays to drive sales
• Monitor inventory levels, identify out-of-stocks, and communicate replenishment needs
• Ensure compliance with brand, pricing, and signage guidelines at each account
• Develop strong relationships with store managers and staff to support sales initiatives
• Collect and report store-level insights, competitive activity, and display opportunities
• Follow all safety, product handling, and alcohol-related regulatory requirements
• Assist sales and delivery teams with special events, resets, and seasonal programs
• Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and tools in clean and safe working condition
