TCS is looking for an exceptional Sales Rep

TCS – a leading manufacturer of building automation control systems – is looking for extraordinary Enterprise Sales Representatives to join our sales team. Our Enterprise Sales Representatives are based in either our Middleton, WI headquarters or work remotely in key locations throughout the U.S.

Our controls integrate seamlessly with our Ubiquity Cloud software platform, making it an ideal Energy and Building Management system for multi-site operations. These would include light commercial buildings such as branch banks, restaurants, and retail chains – places eager to optimize their energy and operational efficiency using our innovative solutions.

We Need

If you are a successful sales professional selling energy and operational solutions at the enterprise level, we want to hear from you. We are looking for Enterprise account executives who build client relationships, grow market share, educate clients on the best solutions for their needs, and prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and consistently supporting a sales pipeline that supports those goals.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with C/VP level executives, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and maximize customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborate effectively with our team in a normally-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Exhibit technical knowledge of the HVAC and Building Controls industry.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Sales experience in diverse vertical markets (retail, healthcare, K – 12 schools, government, etc.).
  • Curiosity, imaginative thinking, and an empathetic approach to engaging clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM Net Suite software.
