This position is full time, following a first shift schedule, 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the potential opportunity for telework. This position is located at 1111 Country Club Rd, Middletown, CT 06457. This position will support a dedicated team responsible for business office operations serving over 1,500 civilian and sworn personnel. In this role, you will ensure the agency meets the purchasing and payment needs of its six divisions.
DutiesDuties may include, but are not limited to:
- Processing purchasing transactions and purchase orders.
- Reviewing purchase orders, purchase requisitions and purchase transactions.
- Preparing and processing payments and vouchers.
- Reviewing vouchers and payment transactions.
- Running reports and queries for the business office.
