Wheeler Clinic seeks a Client Care Coordinator to support client engagement and act as a liaison between the agency and the DOC or CSSD referral sources. You will complete correspondence, reporting, and data entry, and assist uninsured clients with Medicaid applications and eligibility processes.
The role spans two offices (Meriden and Middletown), is full-time, 9am–5pm with one 12–8 shift per week, and pays $22 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
