Lead Teacher: $18.54 to $24.36 per hour. Assistant: $16.94 to $22.09 per hour.

Year‑round operation:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (operating hours subject to change).

• Manage classroom needs to support children’s well‑being.
• Nurture a love of learning through a child‑centered approach with social‑emotional, STEAM, and nature‑based activities.
• Maintain regular communication with families to foster collaborative growth.

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• High school diploma, GED, or enrollment in classes.
• EEC teacher certification or required certification completed and submitted for review.
• Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
• Physical ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
