Raytheon - - Responsibilities:
Perform Fluorescent Penetration Inspection (FPI) and other NDT methods on aerospace engine cases to verify conformance to work instructions and repair scope;
Prepare and complete inspection documents and stamping to indicate acceptability and transfer the work scope to the next process;
Collaborate with engineering, quality, quality lab, operations and materials personnel as it relates to the inspection process;
Review work instructions, repair operations requirements and blueprints; use inspection tools and fixtures;
Assist Level III Quality Engineer in developing specific test techniques
