Senior Infrastructure Engineer; Architect

Position: Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Architect)
Our client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and enhance core infrastructure systems within a modern, SaaS-driven environment. This is a highly hands-on, solutions-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and technical execution. This is a hybrid position based in Middlesex County, CT.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure across a SaaS-heavy environment
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure
• Configure and support networking components including Cisco devices, VPNs, and DNS
• Administer and enhance Windows environments and Active Directory services
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement

Senior Infrastructure Engineer's Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure within SaaS-based environments
• Deep knowledge of networking concepts including Cisco, VPNs, and DNS
• Proficiency with Windows Server environments and Active Directory
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure infrastructure solutions
