CSE Advanced Engines Cases IPT Leader; Onsite

Position Overview

Cold Section Engineering (CSE) is looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join its team as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader for Advanced Engines Fan/HPC modules. The IPT Leader will be accountable for part-level ownership of Fan Split Case, HPC Split Case, and Intermediate Case within the Fan/HPC Component Integrated Product Team.

• Accountable to CIPT for part-level ownership, including communication, risk management, and execution to program requirements.
• Responsible for production delivery assurance, supply chain sourcing, and capacity assessment, ensuring timely transition and driving key actions to closure.
• Lead the IPT in management and closure of key technical risks/issues.
• Manage IPT budgets and schedule to program requirements.
• Participate in Customer, SIPT, IPMT, and Senior Management interaction and presentations.
• Less than 10% U.S. domestic travel associated with this role.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) with 8+ years of prior relevant experience, or Master of Science Degree with 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required.

• Basic understanding of the P&W Leadership Operating Model (LOM).
• Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and know when/where to get help.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations, and management.
• Focus on results with the ability to drive tasks to closure.
• Ability to contribute to Engineering Knowledge System (EKS) content.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, technical writing, and engineering presentations to all levels.
• Thorough understanding of continuous improvement principles (e.g., CORE, QCPC).
• Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., SAP, EVMS, Teamcenter).
• Experience with compressor component design/development preferred.

• Salary range: $107,500 - $204,500 USD.

Onsite role located at US-CT-MIDDLETOWN-220A ~ Aircraft Rd ~ BLDG 220A. Less than 10% U.S. domestic travel required.
