RTX in Middletown, CT is seeking a PDC Quality Engineer to support 1st-shift engine assembly and testing. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely assembly, testing, and delivery of engines, while applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement.
The role requires a STEM or business degree with 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing quality, and familiarity with SAP. A strong focus on nonconformance reduction and customer satisfaction is expected.
