• Support the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to meet task and technical requirements and budget for all hardware and tasks.
• Prepare and present status and technical content to IPT Lead, CIPT and upper management.
• Work closely with the Integrated Product Team and authorities on hardware field investigations to drive root cause analysis and recommend product improvements.
• Evaluate product improvement opportunities and initiate process changes or support ESTO for ClassII Engineering Changes.
• Support the Integrated Product Team in performing risk assessments and developing mitigation plans.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering with 5+ years of engineering experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with 3+ years of engineering experience.
• U.S. Person or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience working in the aerospace industry and jet engines.
• Previous gas turbine compressor experience.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Office, Teamcenter, SAP, Smartsheets, Jira, and Confluence.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 per year.
