The Development Operations Organization is seeking a highly motivated engineering student to join the Advanced Measurements Research and Development group as a summer intern at the Middletown, Connecticut facility. This position provides challenging assignments that support the development of new measurement techniques and diagnostic capabilities used to verify the structural integrity of gas turbine engines.

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include instrumentation installations, sensor application development, hardware review, engine assembly assistance, bench testing, CAD Tool development, and/or report/process generation.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing a degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, computer engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Previous engineering intern experience at an aerospace company
• Experience with testing, manufacturing, and technical group projects
