Caregiver Position
Requirements:
Experience as a Caregiver or Assisting ADL's is required.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. (MUST DRIVE)
Able to pass Background check required.
Experience as a PCA/CNA a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide patient care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or autism.
Monitor vital signs and observe patients for any changes in condition or behavior.
Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and proper hygiene practices.
Operate mobility equipment (e.g., Hoyer lifts) when needed for safe transfers.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient observations and report significant changes to appropriate personnel.
