We are seeking a seasoned Test Lead to support a multiyear effort focused on modernizing and enhancing payment capabilities across instant payment rails, including RTP, Fed Now, and Zelle. This individual will be responsible for leading the full testing lifecycle, including defining strategy, building detailed test plans, and overseeing execution across multiple systems and vendor platforms. The Test Lead will coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing efforts, ensure testing teams are executing effectively, and maintain strict quality standards throughout.

This role will also own the end-to-end defect management process, including triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking, while partnering closely with third-party vendors to validate integrations and support certification efforts. The Test Lead will provide consistent reporting on testing progress, risks, and defects to stakeholders, and ensure all testing documentation meets audit and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to talk to different lines of business and understand the terminology from a digital perspective.
