Job Description

We are looking for qualified drivers to staff Domino's stores. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Deliver product by car to customer doors; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Complete orientation and on‑the‑job training required by the company.

Must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and have access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.

• Strong navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain.
• Proficient in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to give correct monetary change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills for order processing with both customers and co‑workers.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Capacity to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

• Standing for most of the shift, walking short distances, and occasionally traversing stairs or ladders.
• Lifting, carrying, and pushing items up to 50 pounds, as well as smaller loads such as cans, boxes, and trays.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and crouching while stocking inventory and preparing food.
• Operating delivery vehicle and driving within a designated area, often under varying weather conditions.

• Exposure to temperature extremes in-store and outdoors, from 36°F to 90°F+.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Work in cramped environments such as walk‑in coolers and near moving mechanical parts.
