Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Contracts Manager

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the masonry or related field. A project manager is a critical role, that will supervise and plan each project from start to finish, as well as, ensuring that projects are completed within timely and budgetary constraints. The project manger will be responsible for many tasks including scheduling labor and sourcing job materials and equipment.

This person will be the main point of contact for any change orders, or unexpected issues, as well as managing the job foreman.

• Manage all phases of the project
• Process change orders
• Collaborate with the construction crew
• Build a strong relationship with the vendors and suppliers
• Review and monitor project in depth
• Determine needed resources from start to finish
• Conduct site visits
• Ensure schedules of all deliveries
• Monitor safety compliance

• Minimum 5 years experience either as a project manger or mason foreman
• Strong business acumen in planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with others and a fast-paced environment
