Sr. Project Manager
Hybrid Role, No Location preference
Sr. Project Manager to lead or assist with projects and programs supporting DESPP/DSET goals and objectives. Scope of work includes:
- Emergency telecommunications and IT initiatives
- 911 services and enhancements
- Public Safety Data Network
- Researching new technologies
- Systems and network security initiatives
- Strategic plans, roadmaps
- Vendor management
- Contract management, negotiation, compliance
- Budget, financials
- Regulations, statutes; state and federal
- Communication plans, programs, public education
- Assist with coaching personnel as required
- Ensure timely tracking and knowledge transfer throughout lifecycle of projects
Required consultant skills/experience:
- 10+ years of agency specific experience
- 10+ years of experience leading teams
- 10+ years of experience in a state and federal regulatory environment
- 10+ years of experience managing multimillion dollar budgets.
- 10+ years of experience in securing grant funding and the management thereof.
