About the role

This is a full-time, on-site, position and hybrid or work from home is not an option. There may be some off-hours or weekends depending on the project schedule with up to 5% travel. This position is part of CBRE's Project Management function and is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will provide end-to-end project management services for this prestigious client, directly supporting their strategic business objectives. Strong communication, technical writing, workload management, risk management along with leadership, creativity, organizational, adaptability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable and effective working with both facilities' maintenance teams and on-site construction teams, being able to clearly collaborate amongst all to solve problems and bring projects successfully to completion.

What you'll do

+ Lead all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, development, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

+ Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, projectdeliveryresource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

+ Define the projectdeliveryresources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

+ Facilitate the development of a charter and coordinated timeline.

+ Ensure all functionsremainonscheduleand issues get resolved or escalated.

+ Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.

+ Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.

+ Apply advanced knowledge toseekand develop new, better methods foraccomplishingboth individual and department objectives.

+ Showcaseexpertisein own job field and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization function.

+ Mentor others to develop in-depth knowledge andexpertisein most or all areas within the function.

+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

+ Impactthe achievement of customer, operational, project, or serviceobjectivesacross multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies whichimpactthe design of procedures and policies.

+ Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.

+ Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.

What you'll need

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.

+ Ability to tackle outstanding problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

+ Expert organizational skills with anadvancedinquisitive mindset.
