1) to lead the continued development, administration, and operations of the agency’s Business Office and Asset Management functions.

Position Highlights The FAM 1 will lead a team of approximately 23 staff responsible for the agency’s purchasing and accounts payable operations, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, P-Card and department credit card administration, and asset management.
   
   This is an active management role requiring leadership, sound judgment, and ownership of day-to-day operations. The FAM1 is responsible for establishing priorities and performance expectations, developing staff, ensuring compliance with state fiscal and procurement requirements, resolving operational issues, and identifying and implementing process improvements.
   
   This position reports directly to the Assistant Chief of Fiscal/Administrative Services within the Fiscal Services Unit and will be responsible for ensuring that the agency’s purchasing, payment, and asset management functions operate accurately, timely, efficiently, and with appropriate internal controls.
   This is a full-time position, 8:00AM-4:30PM. A Hybrid schedule is available based on department availability.
