Cell Leader - Cold Section Module Center; CSMC)(Onsite

Location

Middletown, CT (US‑CT‑MIDDLETOWN‑150) – role is onsite.

• Lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment supporting the Cold Section Module Center (CSMC).
• Provide direction to skilled bargaining‑unit employees, fostering employee engagement and continuous improvement guided by the Roadmap and Control Tower objectives.
• Lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction across the system’s elements.
• Execute daily supervisory responsibilities, manage projects, communicate effectively, and coordinate with support group members to ensure departmental success.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Engineering, or Business with 5 years of experience, specialized knowledge or technical/operational practices and/or shop‑environment experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Experience in a leadership role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with all levels of management and in a union environment.
• Experience with SAP and Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, Core, QCPC, etc.).
• Highly self‑directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results.

Salary range: US $86,800 – US $165,200 gross (indexed to experience, location, and other factors).
