Raytheon - - Responsibilities:
Follow assembly drawings and specifications to prepare parts and build subassemblies, modules and accessories for new gas turbine engines;
Assist with engine test operations and perform component and accessory tests;
Overhaul engines, modules and related components using overhaul procedures and specifications;
Obtain parts, verify conformance to assembly requirements, and measure components to ensure dimensions meet limits;
Use mechanics hand tools, holding fixtures, and specialized assembly equipment to build engine sections and install details
