RTX is seeking a Capital Project Manager to own the technical lifecycle of new manufacturing equipment within the CSMC Capital Projects organization. You will drive alignment across Business Units to ensure machine readiness and seamless production integration.
You will oversee CEPO activities, lead 2D/3D drawing reviews, ensure EHS compliance, and coordinate pre‑installation requirements, factory readiness, and startup support. Occasional travel may be required.
