The State of Connecticut, Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing 1 to join our team.
In this role you will provide comprehensive oversight for the nursing practice across six acute psychiatric units. Managing a team of approximately 300 nursing employees and serving a population of 132 patients, while driving excellence in clinical care. A primary focus of this position is ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to high-acuity psychiatric patients while maintaining rigorous compliance with all state and federal regulatory authorities.
