Assist daily pre-operational sanitation inspections and report deficiencies;
Perform quality control checks on production stations and packaging lines and document results;
Calibrate and monitor equipment (metal detectors, oxygen levels, scales, soaps, and sanitizers);
Gather samples and perform pH and product quality testing and log results;
Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, HACCP, and GMP guidelines on the production floor
