Assist daily pre-operational sanitation inspections and report deficiencies to a food safety specialist;
Perform pre-operational quality control checks and calibrations (metal detectors, oxygen levels, scales, soaps and sanitizers);
Conduct hourly quality control checks of all production stations and packaging lines and document results;
Perform food safety checks (three times daily) including metal detection, sanitizers, and detergents;
Ensure USDA, FDA, HACCP, and GMP guidelines are followed on the production floor
