Assist daily pre-operational sanitation inspections and report deficiencies to a food safety specialist;
Perform pre-operational quality control checks and calibrations (metal detections, oxygen levels, scales, soaps and sanitizers);
Hourly perform quality control checks of all production stations and packaging lines and document;
Perform food safety checks a minimum of three times a day - metal detection, sanitizers, and detergents;
Gathers samples of processed products and perform pH and product quality testing, logging results into the data base and quality control forms
