Ensure maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage;
Manage merchandising and inventory control;
Ensure flexible schedule and 8+ hours standing/walking; assist with ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed;
Support Store Manager in overall operation of the store
