As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in the customer experience and dealership profitability by:
- Guiding customers through financing options and helping secure the best lending solutions available.
- Presenting vehicle protection products and ownership-enhancement programs that provide value and peace of mind.
- Structuring deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Building strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
- Accurately submitting deals, obtaining approvals, and effectively closing transactions.
- Preparing contracts and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Auditing completed deals and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Managing contract funding and helping ensure timely lender payments.
- Maintaining compliance with all dealership, state, federal, and lender requirements.
- Previous Automotive Finance Manager or Business Manager experience required.
- Proven track record of strong production, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- Proficiency with dealership software and computer systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
