Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Screen employees, visitors, and/or deliveries entering or exiting the location in accordance with post orders and established screening protocols.;
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy violations to site leadership in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and supporting follow-up actions as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as directed by site needs and working conditions.
