Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or deliveries entering the distribution location in accordance with site procedures;
Verify access credentials and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and delivery records as required by the location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns through established procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the facility perimeter, docks, parking areas, and access points
