Inspect and repair modular buildings including framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting;
Perform check-in/out inspections to determine repair scope for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings and modifications as requested by customers;
Maintain inventory levels of equipment/tools/parts;
Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries and provide courteous customer service
