- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and proactively address issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and other team members to provide updates and clarify project requirements.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to balance planned maintenance and urgent repair requests.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and report on project progress as needed.
- Recommend cost‑effective solutions and improvements for property maintenance and upkeep.
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion.
- Order materials and replace damaged parts of the property.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Consistently use electronic management software.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to upholding the highest standards of service.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.
- Previous experience in maintenance, carpentry, general contracting, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with hand‑held power tools and equipment.
- Deadline and detail‑oriented.
- Have either proficiency or willingness to use technology‑based methods for tracking and note‑taking.
- Team Player.
Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
