Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and proactively address issues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
  • Communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and other team members to provide updates and clarify project requirements.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently to balance planned maintenance and urgent repair requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and report on project progress as needed.
  • Recommend cost‑effective solutions and improvements for property maintenance and upkeep.
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion.
  • Order materials and replace damaged parts of the property.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Consistently use electronic management software.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to upholding the highest standards of service.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, carpentry, general contracting, or other related fields.
  • Familiarity with hand‑held power tools and equipment.
  • Deadline and detail‑oriented.
  • Have either proficiency or willingness to use technology‑based methods for tracking and note‑taking.
  • Team Player.

Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
