USA Mechanical is currently seeking an experienced, licensed HVAC Technician holding a valid D‑2 or S‑2 license in the State of Connecticut. This individual will be part of an ever‑growing service company that specializes in commercial and industrial applications ranging from small office buildings to large manufacturing or processing plants. The role requires working throughout the State of CT, interacting effectively with others, working independently, and maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills while working under pressure and applying government and industry standards.
PrimaryTasks and Responsibilities
- Establish a business relationship with internal and external customers.
- Provide guidance and support to the USA Mechanical team.
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of productivity with high quality outcomes.
- Take initiative in helping solve commercial HVAC related issues.
- Maintain a positive and resourceful can‑do attitude.
- Foster a team building mindset.
- Able to switch focus quickly and effectively.
- Multi‑task across responsibilities.
- Participate in on‑call rotation.
- Perform Preventative maintenance.
- Provide service repair and installation.
- Current S‑1 or S‑2, D‑1 or D‑2 license in CT (Required).
- OSHA 10 certification (Required).
- 1–5+ years of related experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent data analysis, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
State of Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Typical Start & End Time7 am to 3:30 pm (overtime as needed).
