We are a premier Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer serving Connecticut and Western Massachusetts, part of Sage Home, the leading provider of walk‑in shower and bathtub sales and installations.

• Perform installation and service of residential bathroom plumbing systems
• Perform all required finish and rough‑in plumbing work associated with bath and shower remodels
• Install or reroute water supply lines, drain assemblies, and plumbing fixtures to meet local code
• Coordinate with installation crews to ensure seamless installation
• Test all completed plumbing work for leaks and performance before sign‑off
• Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and permitting requirements
• Use mobile apps to submit job documentation and site photos upon completion
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, respect the customer and leave the space cleaner than when arrived
• Work with office staff regarding plumbing feasibility or job conditions
• Arrive on time with a professional attitude at every job site

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong knowledge and understanding of residential plumbing systems
• Experience with permitting a plus
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized plumbing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret building codes
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues
• Ability to work independently without supervision or as part of a positive team
• Valid Connecticut State Journeyman Plumber’s license

• Lifting heavy tools, pipes, and equipment (often 50+ lbs)
• Working for long hours in physically demanding conditions

• Using hand tools and power tools safely with precision
• Maneuvering in tight or awkward spaces (under sinks, crawlspaces, etc.)

• Bending, kneeling, or crouching for extended periods

• Reading blueprints, piping diagrams, and detailed specs
• Identifying pipe materials and potential leaks or corrosion
