The State of Connecticut - Department of Children & Families is seeking an internal candidate for Lead Children Services Worker on the second shift in Middletown, CT. The full-time position (40 hours per week) is available only to current DCF employees.
You will lead and advise staff in the care, custody, and therapeutic treatment of residents in the unit, maintain a therapeutic milieu, and coordinate with caseworkers to ensure safety and progress.
