We are looking for someone who naturally connects with people and wants their work to make a real difference. This role is about building relationships, being present in the community, and helping others find support when they need it most.

This is a flexible, part time opportunity that works well for someone looking for meaningful work without a full time commitment. It is also a role that can grow over time, including the opportunity to be involved in client consultations and deeper client relationships.

• Build genuine relationships with professionals who serve seniors and their families, including assisted living communities, memory care teams, real estate professionals, and attorneys
• Become a trusted resource in the community by sharing how we support families during transitions
• Represent Caring Transitions at local events, networking groups, and community gatherings
• Stay connected with your network through thoughtful follow up and consistent outreach
• Help create opportunities for families to get the support they need at the right time

• You enjoy meeting people and building real relationships
• You care about helping others and want your work to have meaning
• You are self‑motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
• Experience in senior services, real estate, healthcare, or community outreach is helpful but not required
• You are organized, dependable, and communicate well
• You have reliable transportation and enjoy being out in the community

• Starting pay of $22 to $26 per hour, plus incentives
