Athena Health Care Systems' Wadsworth Glen Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Middletown is hiring a Social Worker to join our care team. This 32-hour-per-week position runs 8a–4p with competitive hourly pay ranging from $26 to $30.
You will plan, organize, and direct social services to meet residents' needs, coordinate conferences, support families, document thoroughly, and advocate for residents' needs, using community resources and working with staff to enhance care.
