Residential Aide
Connection House is a residential work release program that provides educational and addiction services to adult males with substance use issues who are preparing to exit the criminal justice system. The three main purposes of the program are to maintain healthy recovery, secure employment, and become productive citizens.
Position SummaryThis Residential Aide will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved men as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved or have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change.
An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
- High School Diploma / GED with 2+ years relevant experience as a Residential Aide or equivalent or an Associate's Degree
- Valid Driver’s License
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
