WOMEN'S FAMILY RECOVERY NAVIGTATOR CAN EARN UP TO A $1,500 SIGN-ON INCENTIVE AT THE CONNECTION!!

Eligible candidates (starting July 28, 2026) can earn up to a $1,500 sign-on incentive by joining The Connection as a Women's Family Recovery Navigator.

• Are an external new hire, and;
• Are assigned to work a regular part-time or full-time (non-per diem) Women's Family Recovery Navigator position, and;
• Are an employee in good standing at each evaluation period.

You will earn a $250 bonus after 90 days, an additional $500 after six months, and an additional $750 after one year!

The Women’s Recovery Navigator, will be a self-identified woman in recovery who has maintained a minimum of 2 years sobriety, will deliver comprehensive outreach and engagement services including education, advocacy, coaching and mentorship to pregnant and parenting women choosing to work with a navigator, will have the willingness to share lived experience to help other women in their recovery journey, to act as a “boundary spanner” to link clients to essential community services and to demonstrates “cultural curiosity” and willingness to deliver services in a culturally responsive manner.

• High School Diploma and successful completion of a recovery-oriented training program (within 2 months of hire). If previously completed, must provide documentation of such program.
• Valid Connecticut Driver’s License
• Regular and predictable attendance is required
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred

If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
