OPAAT Homecare is seeking a dependable, professional Driver to transport Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to and from client assignments throughout Connecticut. This role is essential to ensuring our caregivers arrive safely and on time so they can provide exceptional care to the individuals and families we serve.

• Safely transport caregivers to client homes throughout our service area
• Plan efficient routes and maintain punctual schedules
• Communicate with office staff regarding transportation schedules and changes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle
• Assist with coordinating pickups and drop-offs as needed
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with staff and clients

• Must reside in Connecticut
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Dependable vehicle and proof of insurance (if using personal vehicle)
• Ability to use GPS and navigation tools
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience as a driver, medical transport driver, home care driver, rideshare driver, delivery driver, or transportation specialist
• Familiarity with Hartford, Middlesex, New Haven, and surrounding counties

This position requires daily travel throughout Connecticut. Preference will be given to applicants who live within our primary service area.
